Permits Inspections/Plans Processing
Online Access
In an effort to better serve our customers, the
City of Miami Building Department proudly introduces “Online Access”. This
system will accept on-line inspection requests and provide plans processing
information, as well as, inspections and plans processing results, and history
of permits and inspections. This service is also available through the IVRS
(Interactive Voice Response System) by calling (305)416-1100.

s a new user to the Online Access, we encourage that you look at the
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
, found in the left hand menu of the this screen, before you proceed.
